Hi, my name is Edwin Argueta and I am the founder of Winland Realty Group.
Born and raised in a third world country in Central America, I was taught endurance, discipline, hard work and a desire to succeed in life from an early age. I have had the privilege to work in the real estate & finance industry for over two decades and I’ve seen lives transformed one home at a time through the dream of home ownership. This fuels my passion and mission. I consider it one of the greatest blessings in life.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Janelle, and my two children, Madisen and Brandon. I love hiking around our farm and reading about American History.

Our next home we began to look at Edwin was very accommodating and extremely nice to us. He listened to our needs and was very good a negotiating on our behalf.
